The place is Well kept, clean and decently beautiful. Located near the airport with paddy field view. I opted hotel pick up. It was very timely and i dont need to wait long. Tq! Upon arrival, the room set up is excellent and smelt really nice! Good housekeeping 👍🏼. I have ordered room dine in. The food was tasty. My room package comes with breakfast and the breakfast spread was also tasty and good. I too did grab order and the also do delivery from town to this hotel. It was really great! Although my stay was only one night (for work purpose), it was really a comfortable, enjoyable and lovely stay. Will definitely come again Last but not least, I left my earphone in the room. The hotel managed to find it and post it back to me ASAP. Thank you very much for your effort to look and send it back to me. Appreciate it! ❤️

Inroom dining was tasty, especially the flavoured sandwich! The best i have in hotels I have stayed so far. However, the sago gula melaka doesn’t taste that good and a bit hard. The convention centre was nice and at a strategic location in Alor Setar providing a good event space for personal as well as corporate. Connected to the hotel, made it easy for guests to just walk down from their rooms to the convention centre.

Honestly, this is one of those unexpected stays that turned out to be surprisingly good. The hotel provides free transfer from the Alor Setar Airport (AOR), which is about 5mins drive away. The hotel transfer driver is very polite and helpful. Asking if it's your first time in town and is ready to share with you some travel info. Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception staff are also very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The check-in process is literally a breeze. There are a few convenient stores 8-10mins walk away from the hotel and some small local eateries. However, if you have the chance, do try out the bihun on the room service menu! Despite the price, it is quite worth the value.
