Our hostess sent us a very informative email prior to arrival, detailing places of interest to visit at this time of year...ie Wonderful display of daffodils at Howick Hall, just a few miles away from the property. Local items in the welcome hamper and the property is very well equipped. for every need. Also a very quick and helpful response when we experienced a problem lighting the gas fire. Peaseblossom cottage was beautiful - everything was perfect from the second we stepped into this beautiful haven - a real gem with every little detail thought out so beautifully and beyond- it was warm, comfortable, clean and very welcoming - we couldn’t fault it at all - we didn’t want to leave - these hosts deserve full stars and we would love to return in the future.

Property was a beautiful stone building with sash windows. Ideally located to walk to the centre of Alnwick, close to supermarkets. Plenty of parking.

Peaseblossom House is a very clean, comfortable, homely, well equipped house. Deceptively large with lots of extras like fresh flowers, welcome pack, books, children’s games. Very good and helpful communications with the owner - they clearly take a lot of care in making guests feel as comfortable as possible. We stayed here while visiting family in Alnwick and will definitely return.

The house is probably the best we have ever stayed in, everything you need is provided and more. It is a very short walk to Alnwick and the shops and restaurants so everything is very convenient.

Close to the town, on a street corner, so plenty of natural light. Easy parking. Really well appointed, comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and dining room. What makes Peasblossom House special though, are the very thoughtful touches Louise has added throughout. Our welcome gift of Cremant de Bordeaux, honey cake, and a selection of cold drinks, oh and a pint of milk in the fridge too was unexpected. Fresh flowers in the hall and dining room plus the personal welcome card, together with explanatory notes on the appliances show just how much Louise and her team appreciate each and every guest

Clean, comfortable and lots of lovely touches such as chocolate, cake and Brut. The house has lots of books, games, and the kitchen is really well stocked so that you can cook a variety of meals. The outside space is really pleasant and you are a five minute walk into town.
