“A Truly Exceptional Stay at Ham Annex B&B”
I had the most wonderful stay at Ham Annex B&B and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The hosts were very warm and welcoming on hand when needed without being intrusive, striking the perfect balance The B&B is nested in a peaceful neighbourhood, beside a serene canal which provides tranquil walks and is just 15 minute walk from the heart of Almelo The accommodation was spotlessly clean and maintained, honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay! There are all the modern conveniences, washer, dryer, tablet, smart television, the WiFi was excellent. The beds are supremely comfortable. The hospitality tray was a pure delight with a selection of teas, biscuits, coffee beans for the impressive coffee machine for perfect espresso and cappuccinos. The bathroom was equally impressive with a great shower, fluffy towels, gown, slippers and premium toiletries. Evenings were made extra special by the wood burning fire creating a cosy warm atmosphere. The swimming pool was maintained to the perfect temperature and the spa pool was pure bliss. The breakfast basket provided for our first night was nothing short of incredible. Breads, cheese, ham, eggs, jam, yogurt, granola and fruit juice. Everything was throughly curated and absolutely delicious. Every detail of our stay was perfect and I have left feeling totally pampered! Ham Annex B&B is a gem and we can’t wait to return.

Edith is a very friendly host. She welcomed us and gave us a introduction, good guidance and also some booklets to read and nice tips.
