All good, stay for 4days with my kids, 3 adult, 3kids.. No lift but thanks to NURLAN help me for my luggage. Nurlan is great person & friendly. Will repeat again for vacation. Metro train station and shopping mall around 10min. Yandex 24hrs for taxi and pickup /drop off point accurately . Halal food Rommi donner 5min walk.. Recommended.

The home was very comfortable in an amazing location with many things to eat and explore around it. The owner/manager was very punctual, helpful and attentive. There were ample outlets and amenities to make it feel like we were actually coming home every day we stayed. 10/10 would book again on our next trip to Kazakhstan.

We stayed at HappyTerra for 7 nights (Dec 14–21) in Almaty, and everything was excellent. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with complete appliances, making our stay extremely comfortable. Mr. Nurlan, the owner, is incredibly polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He regularly checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay in Almaty and was genuinely caring throughout our visit. He even helped us carry our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend HappyTerra to anyone visiting Almaty. We would definitely stay here again!

the apartmnet was very nice.Clean and cozy. you feel exactly like your home. was clean ,warm, spacious and has everything you need. the bed was comfotable. the neighborhood was quiet. there is a very big market 5 min walking and metro station 10min walking. the landlord was very frienly and the communication with him was super easy. definately i recommend to book it. Lovely property great value for money, very clean, great facilities. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had toiletries for our use, washing machine, TV, big kitchen and living space. Owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Nurlan was amazing, letting us into the property and showing us everything inside. Place is super nice and clean and even has filtered drinking water, saves you worrying about buying bottled water. Super convenient!

Everything was great with good amenities, the owner was very kind and super helpful, he gave us an intro to the place and advise for the city and carried our bags up - thank you very much for that. He also double checked with our taxi driver as we didn’t speak the language. There was also some confusions so make sure you bring cash to pay at the property or a working bank card to get cash out. The location is great with ATM nearby, a large mall 10min walk away, food spots and grocery stores also in walking distance.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. The owner, Mr. Ruslan, is very kind and helpful—he even assisted us in carrying our luggage from the basement to the 5th floor. However, it offers a spacious area suitable for up to four people and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Our family was very happy staying here and would definitely recommend it!

He spent an entire day helping us buy jackets and sort out currency exchange, which was such a kind gesture. Not only that, but he also agreed to store our luggage while we went on a 2-night tour to Saty Village. On the day of our departure, he kept our luggage safe and even brought it to us in the evening as we had a late departure. The property itself feels just like home, cozy and welcoming. This level of hospitality is rare to find. Highly recommend staying here! Im writing this twice as i have booked twice. December 18 to december 20 and again december 22 to december 24.
