“Relaxing stay”

Clean hotel in a quiet area of Almaty. Slightly outside of town center (45 mins walk to Kok Tobe cable car). Excellent fresh and copious breakfast. Room was very clean, bed confortable and the room is well sound-proofed (our room was next to the breafast area however we could not hear any sound).

“Over all a very good place and an excellent stay in Almaty”

It had snowed in Almaty and the temp outside was -16 deg C. We had asked the hotel to make arrangements for the transportation and it was flawless . The area in and around the stay site was covered in snow!! There was enough clear space for us to get in . The rooms were decent sized and comfortable. The room heating was good and kept the cold away with the interiors carpeted and heated the complete accommodation area was warm . Hot running water was available 24 hrs. Breakfast was very good. Daily some 4 items would be new. There is a Central park nearby a great place for kids and adults alike...

I liked the stay.Aalim at reception is very helpful and always available to assist. Upon request a vegetarian breakfast was provided. i wish i could stay here more.

Everything was perfect about the booking. The room was warm and clean. It had a table with 2 chairs which was great for whatever admin work we had. Kettle in the room with bits to make coffee/tea. The bathroom was modern and very clean with everything working properly. Warm shower with great water pressure. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of options, we topped our plates a few times! And the parking was very convenient, just in front of the building but inside a gated area. Ideal that we had a room facing the front of the building so we always had the car in sight. We even ended up extending our stay here!

Comfortable, homely like your own home. Great bathroom, with a bidet too! Wonderful varied breakfast choice

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff friendly and accomodating. The back patio was a nice area to relax in. Breakfast was very er different but tasty nevertheless! :) We arrived in the morning after an endless journey.. the nice guy on reception prevented us from getting ripped off by our taxidriver from the airport who tried to charge us 10 times more than it cost us for the return journey! He than said we could go and have breakfast then let us have a room til ours was available at 2pm which was the time we were supposed to check in from.. very decent of him :) He was also happy to book taxis for us.

Pleasent staff

I was to see that breakfast items were not the same every day.

The owner helped us with everything we needed. He was so kind and friendly. The room had just what we needed and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Very calm and serene place with lots of greenery around. Exceptional support and service by the staff. Generally I do not offer 10rating but during discussion with owners, they had a clear vision to upgrade the facilities to attract more business tourists and make it attractive for families as well. I give 10 for their staff support specially their assistance in sorting out an issue with 3rd party service. Facility is clean and kept well.

Very nice breakfast, hotel in a quiet location

The host Madina, was very nice and helpful. She spoke good English. She answered any questions we had about tourist attractions and food. Breakfast was descent. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a Home feeling. Worth staying if you are visiting for a few days. Rooms are big, bathroom was massive.
