Umida the host of the property was very co-operative and made us feel like her family member. She took utmost care of all of us including my 4 year old son. My son was very happy when she gave him birthday gift during our stay. Property is very close to all major attractions of the city and Green Bazaar, Cathedral and Soldier memorial are at 5 min walking distance from the property. Also there is direct view of Cathedral, Koktobe Tv tower and snow capped mountains from the window of the property. For me I will choose this same property again if I plan for next visit in Almaty in future. There is gas for cooking food, utensils, washing machine available which is a bonus.

My stay at the Zolotoy Kvadrat 60 apartment has been most satisfactory. While located in an older district, its location is highly convenient. The interior is neat, clean, and comfortable. Its proximity to Arbat Street, the Cathedral of the Ascension, and the Monument to the 28 Panfilov Heroes is a significant advantage. The host provided excellent service, including the very helpful gesture of storing my luggage. For this, I extend my sincere thanks.

Well equipped and close to the city center. Air cond and extra electric heater to keep the apartment warm before central heating kicks in. Well maintained and kept clean inside.

“Excellent option near Green Bazzar”
Umida is a very hard working, flexible, considerate, welcoming and knowledgeable host. We absolutely loved our 8 nights stay here with two kids. Appartment is conveniently located near green bazzar, cathedral, arbat street at 10 min walk. . We did daily essential shopping from Small which is a good supermarket nearby. Excellent wifi in room. Appartment complex has a good play area for kids.

“Lovely, clean apartment at a superb location”
Warm, cozy apartment with incredible views of the mountains and the cathedral. Very clean, equipped with a robot vacuum to help sweep up the floor. Kitchen is equipped with multicooker and the hostess was kind enough to provide tea and coffee. The location is superb, right next to the green bazaar, various supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, historical landmarks and museums and parks. Hostess was responsive and helpful, a very kind lady. Can’t recommend this place enough.
