“Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area”

We loved that it was in a rural setting plus a great view out to the ocean. The cows and sheep in the paddock kept us mesmerised for hours ha ha! Irene was an amazing host. The breakfast was the best we’ve had and we enjoyed meeting other guests in the dining room. Our beds were so comfortable and all the little extras were much appreciated.

A gracious host who truly put care into her craft and both made you feel welcomed and at ease. A lovely breakfast was included and we got to stay in the pods out back which made me want to buy a pod myself, honestly! We enjoyed Dursey island and fall asleep to a beautiful sunset through the glass wall of the pod.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beach view BnB. Irene was a fabulous host. The room was warm clean and spacious. The breakfast the next day was delicious. It was great value for money with stunning sea views. We would definitely return.

Very warm and welcoming host. The room had all the facilities and comforts you would need for a few days stay. The breakfast menu had good options and was delicious. The location is beautiful, with great views of the bay, and a short walk from the local village and pub.

This B&B was exceptional. So many little touches to add comfort, like the toilet paper folded the same as you would find in hotel bathrooms and biscuits next to the tea and coffee in the room! Everything was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept it. The breakfast was 10/10 - restaurant quality. Irene could set up a business selling her homemade waffles alone - what a treat with a cup of coffee. I'll be back! Irene also kindly refunded me some money as I overpaid online (she doesn't charge for 2 year olds). Thanks Irene. An honest, kind, welcoming host.

Irene is a diamond.. She couldn't do enough for us, she keeps the house extremely well. The breakfast was beautiful We couldn't fault anything. Very good value for money.. we will be back for sure 👍
