We forgot a smart watch in the room and the staff proactively informed us about that and offered to send it via post to our home address. And it’s all on top of a clean cozy room and comfortable staying 😊

“Awful! !”
When we get there, we couldn't find the key of our room because somebody else used it. Almost all other keys where available so we tried several to get inside the hotel and find another room for us. The room we ordered was occupied by other people who told us they were in the right room but we didn't believe it, they didn't want to proof it and were not fair. We paid a higher price because we wanted to be on ground floor because using stairs is very difficult for my wife. We had to go to first floor without light in the stairs. In the morning we only wanted to go away as soon as possible and not meet the other people. Awfully. We want a refund of this location.

Good location, really close to the highway, big parking. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but also nothing bad.
