Location is superb. And the architecture and ambience is amazing. Interior and exterior decor is also good.

"I stayed at one of Stay Vista's properties in Nedumudy, Kerala for 3 nights and 4 days. Unfortunately, our experience at the property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we requested a cup of coffee but were told it would only be available at 4 pm. At least they could have offered water as a welcome drink, as it is basic courtesy to serve guests water. The rooms had a strong mold smell and felt damp due to closed windows and moisture. It was so unpleasant that we immediately had to leave the room. The towels were old, and there were no dustbins in the bathroom or the room. The caretakers and manager were unfriendly and unhelpful, always gloomy and lacking warmth. When we asked for plates, they would simply bring the pile of plates and quickly leave, without providing any spoons or forks or arranging them on the table. They did not offer any service or hospitality unless specifically requested. It made us feel unwelcome and unimportant during our stay. Despite advertising free Wi-Fi, it never worked. They only serviced the AC on the day we arrived. During the night, the AC didn't function, and they had to fix it the next day as well. They didn't provide soap or change towels unless requested repeatedly. The rooms were not cleaned properly despite being told to do so, and even the hall carpets were so dirty that one would not want to sit down. They never changed the plates on which the fruits were served. The grapes that they served on day 1 remained on the table until the last day. They never changed the plates at all. The bathroom doors had no hooks or provision to hang clothes, and the bathroom cleaning was subpar. The only positive was the food, but they charge a premium for that and the location where the property is situated. The photos are deceiving, and one should not expect any extra facilities beyond the basics.

Property is fair but the location was very poor. There is literally nothing around and the ferry service right in front is extremely unreliable and frustrating. The staff was polite but overall experience was very basic and I wish we knew the area before we signed up. From a value for money point of view was not happy with the quality and service.
