Staff is very good, it’s a homestay and the family is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Only drawback is that it says private beach but it’s on the other side of the road and not accessible after 10:30pm. Other than that it’s very good stay.

The property is not situated infront of seaview facing as it is shown in website.. Complimentary water bottle is not given, they are providing normal water only. In my opinion the property is very expensive.

Noel s family is sweet and warming, their place is the CLEANEST we found in India. Noel is always ready to help for any request, he can fix trip in the backwater for reasonable price. The view from the balcony is simply amazing, breakfast is rich and genuine. Really good choice
