Neela water is awesome in terms of location, room size, terrace , amenities, decoration, food everything. It is beyond my expectations. Thanks to the owner for his wonderful taste for giving facilities to The guests. I definitely recommend this place for my stay.

“Beautiful guesthouse with great sea views”

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and we had great views of the beach and sea. The staff are very friendly, and we particularly welcomed the tea/coffee and filter water 'station' in the lobby. Breakfast was very good, with every table set up so that you have a view of the sea. The roof terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.

The location is excellent if you’re a beach lover. It has an impeccable view of the beach. The terrace is beautiful. The caretaker Mr omakuttan is a huge help.

The sea view right from our bed, the food in the nearby cafe’s, accessibility to all major locations, breakfast on the terrace with sea view cooked in the terrace kitchen, the staff and above all the host Mr. Om. Great person and an amazing host! Would come back again. Highly recommend!

The location is by the sea, but the beach is very noisy. It was possible to pay by card. The bathroom is fairly spacious.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay here before going on a houseboat. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty, rooms were comfortable. Great location overlooking the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Tuktuk drivers always outside to take where you needed to go. They also helped arrange a Kochi airport pick up for me at a reasonable price so that was appreciated.
