Marari God's Own Villa was all we expected and more. We got Kerala fisherman's original food and it was good. We got superb support for booking of activities and transports. Do not go there without asking the family to help booking activities, they have the best contacts.

Home away home. We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful property. We felt like staying with the family. Rooms was big and clean. Hot water all the time. It's a beautiful property with lots of flowers and next to the private beach. It's 10 out of 10.

We had a great time in this house. Our large company rented all 4 rooms for 3 days. And those three days were very good. The owners of the house are very hospitable and kind. They helped us with all questions, rented houseboat, helped with train tickets and much more. They also cook delicious food) Thank you very much for the wonderful attitude towards the guests.

A wonderful place in a perfect location near the beach and far away from traffic and noise. The family were so friendly and welcoming. I had a huge, clean, comfortable room. Great dinner and breakfast. Plus I got help with transportation to town and onwards. Highly recommend.

Best food in all of India. Lovely family, met all our needs. Property is only a few minutes walk from the beach, road is safe, even my 18 month old walked.

“Wonderful high-quality home stay a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach.”

Just wow. What a great place to stay. Just a minute walk to the most idyllic beach, really clean and seemingly endless, and the sunsets are to die for. The room was the high standard of a hotel room, spotlessly clean and comfortable (the bed was sooooo comfy!), good a/c. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional service, so friendly and personal. The family are the loveliest people and went out of their way to make us feel special. The three daughters are amazing young women, so engaging and vivacious, they will go far in life, and they speak amazing English. Aunty cooks the most amazing food, we had a truly delicious dinner and the best breakfast we have had in India - coconut and caramelised banana pancakes with fresh homegrown papaya and masala tea, just sublime! Such good value too. If we could give more than 5* we would. Couldn’t recommend more.

I stayed in Marari God s own Villa for 4 nights. I was greeted warmly by the host and the daughters. I stayed in one of the upstairs rooms, the room was quite large, everything was very clean and the AC did a perfect job when necessary. The bathroom was spotless. I spend a lot of time on the terrace and enjoyed the home cooked meals enormously. Breakfast was so nice and dinner was just perfect. There is a quiet beach just across the street, where you can swim but be careful with the big waves, there is some nice walks along the beach and the neighbourhood is very friendly. Enjoy the homely atmosphere and the family will make sure you will have all you could ask for. And best of all: with the three lovely daughters (D, D and D) the place has it s own three angels.

Cosy homestay near the sea run by the cutest family. The mom of the homestay cooks amazing breakfast and dinner. Her pancakes and fish were our favourite. We enjoyed talking with the family and getting to know about coastal life and life in general in Kerala. We stayed in the 2 upper rooms. The rooms were spacious and spotless. We could see the sea from the balcony, which was amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay if you want to spend some good time near Marari Beach.

Our family recently enjoyed a tranquil retreat at Marari God's Own Villa in Alleppey, and it was truly exceptional. What truly set this experience apart was the genuine care and attentiveness of the host family. The villa, nestled near Marari Beach, offered a perfect opportunity to reconnect as a family in such a peaceful setting. The food was outstanding, showcasing Kerala cuisine's flavors. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway with loved ones! We missed to snap a picture with the gracious hosts :( – we will definitely be back!

This homestay was good and very decent at this price. The host Mr.Benadict and his entire family were nicely taken care of our stay from day 1 and till check out. It wasn't feel like staying in some strange place and doubting on safety. It is a complete safe place for family. The beach is just 50 to 60 steps walk from the homestay. We felt like a private beach as we didn't see much people around. So our family had enough privacy all the times. The break fast and dinner prepared by Mr.Benadict wife and family was awesome and traditional Kerala food they served. They helped to visit some good places around Alleppey. My special thanks to Diya who answered my all queries from the day of booking and supported all the needs of my family till check out. Our entire stay was at Marari God's own villa was peaceful and safe. We highly recommend this place for family.

“Quiet Beach Location, Good Value”

Beautiful location far away from the fuzz of city life right by the beach. Hosted by a very lovely family. The internet is good and stable. I've come during peak heat season and was happy about the AC plus fan in my room. The beach is only a minute away.
