Spread across 1.5 acres of landscaped ground, Deshadan Backwater Resort - The best sunrise view is situated on the bank of Vembanad Lake. It features an indoor swimming pool and a spa. Free in-room Wi-Fi access and complimentary private parking is provided. The resort is only a 45-minute drive from Kottayam city and a 30-minute drive to the coastal beach. Breakfast and swimming pool was very good. The resort has many photo spots and a good green floor resort.no near by restaurants so better order in the resort.they don't charge for waterbottle .

Great location, very peaceful, green outdoors are well kept,beautiful rooms, aesthetically done, crisp linen, nice washroom. Housekeeping staff was prompt and courteous. Restaurant is good, very reasonably priced and the servers were courteous and gentle. Reception was ever so helpful. All my best wishes! Would love to revisit.
