Great location friendly staff great rooms

No elevator or it didn’t work and no 2nd lock on room door

“Great overnight stay for a roadtrip”

We required an unscheduled stop on our way to New York. Booked last minute. Very accomodating, reasonable price and bonus breakfast included. It is right next to motor way which is what we chose to be able to get straight back on in morning. You can smell weed in hallways but that didnt bother us.

The location suited my needs in the area. The reception service at the hotel is pleasant and good. The American breakfast is average and nothing more. There is parking, which is very important in the area. In summary, a clean hotel with good service that meets expectations

We were kept awake for 3 hours while people who were staying in the hotel had a tailgate party in the carpark outside our window We reported this issue but staff did not deal with it

Fairly standard tourist class hotel, recently redecorated..

We stayed at this hotel just to get some rest after a long drive, but that turned out to be impossible. There was a loud party with music and shouting in the neighboring room all night long. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue. As a result, we couldn’t sleep at all. Very disappointed with this level of service. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.

Have been here before. It was just one night, passing through, but again it was a good stay. Room, breakfast etc. were very good.

Disappointed breakfast

The staff were friendly, the room was large and well presented. The location is very good with a short walk to the mall

The hotel had late check-in, which was perfect for us as we went from Vermont by the border to Quebec all the way to Allentown in a day and were worried about being late. They had breakfast the next day, which was perfect for us as we were traveling back to Canada that day around lunch. The hotel itself was very clean and well established.
