I was really shocked when I saw the hotel room. It was a very dirty, stuffy and humid room. An old model TV that didn't work. The staff was not helpful at all. Since the hotel was very old, everything was falling apart. The pool was very bad. I couldn't get in because of the bad smell and dirt of the water. Since I chose the hotel because it included breakfast, there was only cornflakes, milk and rotten apples for breakfast. I have stayed in different hotels in many parts of the world and this is the first time I have seen such a bad hotel. Actually, my biggest complaint is the booking.com application, why do you offer such a bad hotel to your customers? My family and I were disappointed.
