“We had short overnight stay, it was okay, clean and “on the way”…. Cant complain”

“DONT STAY HERE! HOOKERS COMING AND GOING ALL NIGHT AND COCKROACHES IN ROOMS STAFF INCREDIBLY RUDE”

I don't have enough allowable characters to describe our disgust in how we were treated in this hotel environment the safety for our family, children, or belongings. I spent the 2 days of our stay Cleaning our room. Only to find cockroaches in our room. I had to unpack all of our belongings and shake every article of our clothes and kids clothes to make sure they hadn't gotten into our things or laid eggs. Then when speaking to the front desk they denied having such bugs until we said we had a picture of one, did he then say we have pest control come in all the time. After pleading to be moved rooms we were offered only 1 alternative room that smelled of Marijuana and cigars in the bathroom the towels the sheets and pillows. ( unacceptable as I have children staying in the room). Pennsylvania is a non recreational state for marijuana and smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the hotel. I asked to have someone come clean the "new room". They didn't show up. I went back down to the front desk one man was standing there and another was sitting in a chair telling me they don't have enough people to do anything about it. When I asked to speak to a manager he said there isn't one here he left. I asked the man sitting on his phone to be sent to deal with the matter. He said we don't have house keeping here at this time. My family was at the pool which is a whole other hazard in its own. While I dealt with the room cleaning. I sat in my room for 1hr waiting for them to come. Noone came. I took all the bedding off the bed myself and carried it to the front desk. And told them to fix the problem I paid 3x the standard rate to stay there and I don't work here. I'm missing time with my family to rectify a problem twice now that I shouldn't be dealing with. When the pool closed I had to put my children to bed. When I asked if the bed was changed and room ready.

Upon arrival hotel looked O.K. Room looked O.K. too but that was only the first impression. The breakfast was good.

This is a great little hotel. Good breakfast - shout out to the lady who serves it - very helpful. Really appreciated the late bar, with beers half the price of NYC too I should say. Room very clean and comfortable

“Ignorant staff , cheap penny pinching atmosphere”

Very ghetto atmosphere, front desk tried to kick my fiancé out an hour’s before checkout, while telling us it’s time to go (it’s 10:30 checkout is at 12:00) .

Everything went well , the breakfast wuz good , the room wuz clean , the only thing I didn't like wuz no carpet on the room floor , the bed wuz comfortable, and the room could of have more lighting, overall it was a good stay .

Nice place even if near to the airport, we never listen a plane. Rooms are cleaned and beds confortables. Breakfast was good.
