“Way beyond my expectations. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, great facilities & location.”
The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to go that extra mile. I felt at home knowing they were there to help and didn't make me feel I was bothering them, unlike many other hotels I've stayed in. There was even a swimming pool which I wasn't expecting. And I loved the ground coffee machine which was simple to use. The beds and pillows were so comfortable - even beats some 5 star hotels I've stayed at.

Location was perfect as it was close to the concert. We were sad we didn't realize there was a pool until we got there. It was clean and felt safe. Everyone that worked there was very friendly.
