The people working at the reception are people who don’t know the job, or pretend that they don’t know the responsibilities . They cheated me 4 times on the price during renewal. I was debited money without confirmation. I have never encountered such chaos

The staff was very friendly in accomodating us. We were victims of the Texas mall shooting and the staff was great in giving us a late check out and discount on the room.

The room was spacious. I was able to check in and out with ease. Everything I needed for a stay, such as iron, ironing board, coffee, closet were all accessible.
