“Terrible run down hotel.”
This is probably the worst hotel stay I've been to. The lobby and other hallways have no working A/C so it's hot and humid with construction fans throughout the areas. There are dead and live crickets everywhere, including in their pantry food area where you can buy items. The pool is very dirty with cloudy water, algae on the pool surfaces and garbage such as bandaids floating at the bottom of the pool. Someone could get an infection for the uncleanliness of the pool water. There is no housekeeping services, and when you do see them, they refuse to give you towels or toilet paper, and still don’t clean your room. Lastly, without 24h warning, they slipped in a note under the door in the early morning of the same day stating that there would be no water in the entire hotel from 9am-2pm, which I found from a coworker that it was the second day in a row. When asked what they could do to make our stay better, I suggested free breakfast. They did not reply or offer anything but free bottled water. Only one elevator works and takes forever. Safe to say, save your money and stay somewhere else...
