They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

“Very Unprofessional-Try avoiding this property.”
I booked it while I was travelling, inispite of it, I was insisted to pay or else they threatened to release/ cancel my booking. I requested them to pay as soon as I arrive at the property , but to my utter surprise, when I reached there, they informed me that, there is no such booking. Rooms were still available, which was given to me at the rack rate. I have been doing regular reservations through booking.com, trust me though, have never encountered such a situation.

I booked a AC room but when I reached hotel , on reception they told me that there is no room available and after insisting and spending some time they were providing me with a non AC room. Rooms conditions are also very poor and very dirty
