Best apartments in a wonderful location. The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay. They are modern and well-maintained. The apartment owner, Evan, is a wonderful person, ready to answer any question. He suggested the best places to visit, restaurants, shops, etc. When he found out it was my birthday, he unexpectedly came to congratulate me with balloons and a cake, and it was a very pleasant surprise! Evan, thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation in Zakynthos!

“Best host I ever Had!”

We had an amazing stay at Ayїa Suites! The apartments is modern, spotless, and beautiful designed - with the perfect location right on the beach. You can literally step out from the terrace and be on the sand. It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A huge thank you to the host, Evan. He was incredibly welcoming and kind - he let us check in early and surprised us with a bottle of wine and some delicious local treats. He also gave us lots of great tips about beautiful places to visit and cozy tavernas with amazing food ( and thank you again for the delicious fish!). We truly enjoyed time here and would highly comfort, style and warm hospitality.

“Perfect location on/for Zakynthos!”

Great host, great location, great apartment! The apartment has everything you need (except a dishwasher 😉), the host Evan is helping you in everything (reservation of restaurant, helping you with boat rental, best tips for the island) and even more! The location cannot be closer the beach, the little street is no Problem as there is nearly no noise, you can even see a turtle in the morning.

“Cozy and nice!”

We loved the views! You can see both the beautiful garden full of olive trees and the beach from the kitchen and living room windows. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to make great meals and Evan also gave us some olive oil and other local products. Oh and also the bathrooms were super clean! We had absolutely lovely three nights here and would love to come again. So if you want a nice break and just to enyoj some quiet time looking at the waves from your therase this is the place for you!

“Paradise vacation”

We were completely delighted with our stay in these apartments! 🌊 The location is simply perfect - right by the sea, with wonderful views and an atmosphere of true relaxation. The location is very convenient, everything you need is nearby, but at the same time it is quiet and cozy. The apartments turned out to be extremely clean, tidy and well-groomed - it is clear that the owner takes care of every detail. It was really comfortable to live here, as if at home. I would like to separately mention the owner - a wonderful person who was always ready to help, advise and support. This made the vacation even more pleasant and peaceful. We recommend it to everyone who wants a quality vacation by the sea. We will definitely come back again! 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay at Ayïa suites. The accommodation is modern, clean and practical. You have everything you could possibly need: a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, grill, drying rack, sun umbrella, pool noodles - basically everything. The beach is just across the terrace; you simply cross the garden and the road. There are also sunbeds and outdoor shower. The beach itsefl is sandy, clean and the sea is calm. If you decide to rent a car, which I highly recommend, the private parking right by the apartment is a huge bonus. Our host Evan was wonderful - friendly and helpful. He welcomed us personally with a bottle of wine and some snacks, explained everything, showed us around and gave us plenty of tips on nice viewpoints, beaches, tavernas and boat trips. Be sure to follow his recommendations, you won't regret it. He also allowed us an earlier check-in. I personally appreciate that he sorts the waste and make it possible for quests to do the same. If we ever return to Zakynthos, we'll definitely stay at Ayïa suites again. Thanks for everything, Bara, Lukas, Lucy and David from Czech Republic.

“A perfect holiday accommodation by the beach!”

Above our expectations!!! Perfect location, a very helpful, kind and generous host, Evan. Beautiful garden and interior design, it’s obvious the house was created with lot of thoughtful reflections and quality requirements. Well equipped kitchen and more facilities than you could ever ask for. I almost never recommend anything but this is an exception.

“Scenic stay with unobstructed view to the bay of Alykanas.”

All family adored the location of the property, having unobstructed see view and the closeness of the beach that gave us the opportunity to swim 3 times per day; just before breakfast enjoying the tranquility of the sea without any other swimmers, then at its peak for a quick refreshing dive (while sun lounging at our private grass area overlooking from the top the gulf's scenery) between 13:00 to 15:00 and finally at dusk enjoying its late afternoon mesmerising waters. Excellent location also to the nearby scenic places as well as to the Xigia "sulfur" beach. Just google it and soon you will discover the panacea that sulfur has on a plethora of diseases from muscle and arthritis pains and skin diseases to the healing and therapeutic properties. It also gives a splendid very intense tropical colour that makes the waters of Xigia much more special and inviting. Amazing contrast of cool water at the top while the bottom part is warm! We were there almost every late afternoon for an hour after its parking was closed and all tourists gone.

House has everything you need! It has a beeeautiful view right in front of the ocean! Everything is quite new and Well put together! The host was super kind, even not able to be around! All super easy!

wonderful location with a direct view of the sea and the beach. The apartment is new, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. All the equipment of the apartment is made very carefully and with very good quality materials, which is rarely found in Greece. And, last but not least, the owner is a wonderful person who helped us with everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

“Fantastic!”

Absolutely fantastic!! The villa is beautiful and finished to a high standard, with hidden little extras that make it home for the week. Amazing seafront view you can never get bored of looking out. The host is very helpful and obliging to ensure your stay is comfortable. Nice clean pool at a friendly bar next door, perfect if you have children. Will definitely return !!

“Beautiful, comfy and homely apartment in a stunning location.”

We found this property almost by accident - it turned out to be pure gold, fronting on to a beautiful sandy beach. The property was also a few minutes from bars, restaurants the local pier where we managed to get a boat trip from. It’s very close to the town of Alikanas (less than 5 mins by car. About 15 mins walk).

The location is stunning - just a few steps to the sandy safe beach. This property is outstanding. It is truly a special place with every convenience and comfort you could wish for in a get away from it all setting. Evan is such a warm welcoming host. He is so generous with his time, knowledge and gifts and he contributed in no small way to the feel good factor of our experience. Evan and Irina were amazing hosts. They live in the connecting apartment so are always available if needed and they were there to greet us (with wine and snacks) and answer any questions. Evan's enthusiasm and passion for the island and the property are evident in everything he does and shares. They give full service in every way including providing recommendations to restaurants and excursions, making your reservations to restaurants (securing the best tables), offering to arrange transportation arrangements, getting information you need on local events, and even providing great recommendations for restaurants and events in Athens if you are going there.

“Amazing place, beautiful sunset and the greatest host ever”

We loved the apartment, the view is unbelievable, the location is amazing and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. You can enjoy the view from the bedroom or from the veranda, and Evan was the most welcoming and implicated host out of all the places we've stayed at. We had a great time there and our kids had plenty of things to do. There are also many restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Looking forward to coming back here.
