“Lovely apartment, location a bit different than expected”

The apartment was super clean, very spacious and the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 patios were such a luxury! It was nicely decorated, you could see that a lot of thought and effort was put into it. It made us feel comfortable and right at home. And Rosa was very reachable and gave such a good service!

The facilities were great : pool , terrace , gym, 2 bathrooms :), perfect. 15 minutes walk from the tram stop.

“Beautiful Spain”

The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything you could wish for. The beach and shop were nearly to the apartment. The price included a parking space and access to the indoor heated pool and gym. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to recommend trusted restaurants and answer all our questions at any time of the day. We were very pleased.

The apartments were very cozy, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The terrace in the backyard is amazing — a perfect place to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. 12 to 15 min walk to beach/tram and 3 minutes walk to supermarket/bus. Quiet residential area. Hosts were excellent and very helpful during our stay. Pool and gym were a great bonus.

“A few days in the hot sun.”

The location was great. In a quiet residential area with a shared pool as big if not bigger than you would find in most towns in the UK! Being a ground floor apartment it had a dining space in an enclosed outside area at the front where we had breakfast in the morning and a lovely private courtyard at the rear with a hammock, seating area and coffee table for the evening. The two bathrooms were an added plus (one for each bedroom) with the beach and tram station just a 10 minute walk away giving you easy access into Alicante. The supermarket was just 2 minutes away. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid etc were all provided and an added plus were the beach towels which saved us taking any in our luggage. To be honest I use Booking.com a lot and would say this is the nicest apartment I have stayed in and well worth the money. Any questions I had for the owner were responded to quickly after I made the booking. I would highly recommend !

Imagine you wake up in the morning, swim in the pool. After that have a nice breakfast from the best local products what you can bought in the supermarket across the street. After that you can take all the necessary belongings for the beach from the apartment. And spend all the rest of the day at the sandy Muchavista beach. All of that you can experience in the VillaMarco beach home. Have a nice stay!

Wonderful apartment, those pictures seemed unreal to us but it is really like in the pictures☺️ They thought about every little detail. You got everything you need, for example even detergent for washing machine so you don't need to worry even about that. That beautiful patio and the other terrace are part of the apartment, it's not some common space, we weren't sure from the pictures. San Juan beach is 10 minutes walk away, beautiful sandy beach. We chose this apartment to be close to San Juan beach and we went to Alicante centre by tram which you take at the beach or by bus 21 which is close to the apartment. Supermarket Mercadona is across the street, there is also a farmacy and few more stores. Swimming pool in the common area is perfect, we were there every day. Alicante is beautiful, this is our second time in Alicante and we will come back again and to this apartment for sure☺️

We arrived an hour before the agreed time and Carlos was waiting for us. Very clean apartment. Exactly like in the pictures. Good communication throughout

“Peaceful, clean and fully stocked!”

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and fully stocked (coffee, spices, shampoo and body wash, detergents, etc). You can really tell that they took the time to make this into a really nice place, everything was well thought of. They also had kids coloring pencils and crayons and beach toys laying around. Rosa and Ignacio were super attentive and reacted immediately. The indoor pool was warm, so that was perfect for our early May visit. The outdoor pool looked great - perfect for summer. The gym on the property is small and machines are old, but for a couple of uses, that’s totally fine (one bike, one treadmill, couple of weight machines and full set of dumbbells, few yoga mats, etc) We slept great and had a relaxing week! Thank you!

“Nice apartment”

The apartment was fair and as described. We were very unlucky with the weather so couldn’t appreciate the outdoor space although looked nice. The indoor pool saved the day. The location was as described but was a little too far out of the main city for us. You will need a car if you want to venture to Alicante or will need to use the tram. On a plus there were some nice local restaurants.

The property was beautifully presented and had everything you would need! Incredibly clean and Rosa and Ignacio even organised a cot and high chair for us free of charge. They were very quick to respond to any queries and were overall very helpful. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival also! Very accommodating hosts and a great apartment in a prime location.

Apartament was fully equiped with everything a family may need. Swimming pool was great.

“Perfect family stay”

I loved the fact everything was there that you needed- dishwashwr, washing machine was essential for us as small family. The outdoor patio was beautiful and rooms were spacious. I also liked that household essentials like tpilet paper, soap, washing liquid, washing degerent and cleaning products were provided- we even left some household items for next guest to use. Also close to restaurants, bar, supermarket, beach and hair dressers- what else could you want!
