The property had everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, safe and so comfortable. The owner had toys for kids, kitchen supplies, bed linen, towels and beach towels. Francis was so super helpful and really looked after us. For a family of 4 with 2 young kids, it was the most comfortable and relaxing holiday we have ever had. Thank you Francis.

Lovely apartment in a great location. We had a wonderful stay with our 10 month old baby. There’s a little playground and baby pool and it’s right by the beach.

Beautiful apartment in great location , very short walk to the beach with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment had all the amenities you need and Francis was a very informative host

The flat is very well located, only 300m from the beach. The residence area is so nice, guests can use pool, tennis and basketball courts and the social pub within the residence area. Public transportation is next to the access gate so is quite easy to discover Alicante on both, by foot or by public transportation.

Our Easter stay in this apartment was a very pleasant experience for our family. I especially appreciate the host’s approach, who was very proactive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. A big advantage was also the possibility of an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. The apartment was equipped above standard – we truly lacked nothing, which made us feel at home. The overall environment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant place to relax with their family. We would be happy to return in the future.

“Beautiful, feel like home stay”

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a longer or shorter stay, sunny closed terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or coffee, comfortable beds,quiet, clean and just perfect. You can see that Francis really put so much love and effort into the place to make it feel like home. The location is perfect near to the beach and also the city with a tram or a car. You have supermarkets, bakery, cafes and great restaurants around. Also the whole complex it’s so nice to walk around. The communication with Francis was great, and he was such a wonderful host. Thank you for that Francis! We will definitely come back as this was one of the best stays we had in Spain and overall in our travels.

Everything. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Large balcony, good size toilets and bathrooms . The gym was a great plus! Swiming is huge ( we didn't use it due to the weather). Francis was very friendly and very helpful.

We thoroughly our stay. Excellent location beside the tram stop, next to shop/bakery and 10min walk to a beautiful beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (as we travelled with a 2 year old) and was clean and comfortable. The host, Francis, is a gentleman. So kind and very helpful. Would recommend staying.

“Quiet & Relaxed break”

Lovely comfortable apartment in a residential complex. Outdoor (unheated) pool, which warm enough for us to use in May. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Ideally located for people who like a quiet, relaxed break. This apartment is more comfortable than a standard tourist resort. There are two bathrooms and lots of living space. Ideally suited to someone who prefers a quiet location to a busy resort. Beautiful beach, with lots of Spanish restaurants very close. If you love traditional Spanish food you'll have lots of choice. 'Pizza Popular' suited our group who liked pizza. There is also a McDonald's and Burger King. A few words of Spanish would be useful or have Google translate handy! Super nice bakery, green grocers, pharmacist and small supermarket all adjacent to complex. The apartment has everything you need to cook and thoughtfully has beach chairs, footballs (court on site) & kids water toys. Tram runs from stop across the road to Alicante city - takes about 25 min and costs only e1.45 for a single fare. Host was extremely welcoming, helped us settle in and ordered a taxi for us to the airport (under €50).

Francis was a fantastic host, and the apartment was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to feel at home! Lovely gated complex with pool, gardens and playground. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Bakery and small shop right outside the gate.

“An excellent venue for a getaway for a long weekend”

Francis was very helpful. He gave us a welcome bottle of wine on arrival and when we asked to borrow tennis rackets, he went to get them immediately when we had a problem. He answered very quickly by WhatsApp.

Everything about my stay was perfect: from the beautiful spacious apartment, to the amazing location near the most beautiful beach in the region, and the incredible host Francis who was so helpful and welcoming. I really recommend this place and hope to come back very soon!

The apartment is very clean, nice and comfortable. It has everything you need (including things for the beach and swimming pool for children, as well as a pre-loaded tram/bus card for several journeys). The built-in balcony with a large table is great. It is very pleasant to eat meals and relax on it. The owner of the apartment is very nice, helpful and open. We even managed to postpone our stay by one day at the last minute.
