The location was excellent and offered fabulous views over the city. Lots of stairs and inclines in the immediate area around the property however, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Plenty of home from home facilities and spacious living /eating areas which are styled tastefully in a boho style. Basic provisions , such as teas, coffee, salt , pepper, foil, cleaning stuff, etc were available for guests to use which was vey useful. The outdoor terraces were great and well equipped with everything you could want to enjoy eating , drinking and relaxing outdoors . Comfortable beds , lots of storage space for clothes . The host was very attentive providing information about the surrounding area.

Three of us rented this townhouse in the old town of Alicante and we are so glad that we did. The location, despite being on a very tall hill, was stunning, atmospheric and serene - away from the noise of the city. The house was clean, cosy and relievingly cold. Plenty of storage to unpack our clothes, enough privacy and great facilities inside the house. From fully usable kitchen to washing machine and even a dryer and anything in between that you would expect. The view though, was probably the best thing about the townhouse. It exceeded all expectations and no photos can make it justice. You just have to see it yourself. We felt incredibly lucky to be able to chill out in the morning with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings on the terrace overlooking the city, the castle and the sea at the same time. Lollo has been great to us throughout our trip. On the first day we arrived 5 hours before our check-in, but Lollo kindly allowed us to drop off our bags early so we could explore the city unburdened. She also provided us with directions to all the best restaurants, markets and places to visit and which places to stay away from. We felt like we could ask Lollo anything at any time and she was more than happy to explain or provide instructions how to get to places we wanted to visit or simply give her recommendations. Overall we had a great time, in a stunning and quiet location, with a wonderful host in a beautiful city. Couldn't ask for a better holiday with the exception that we should have booked a longer stay. 10/10 for what we were looking for.

Location is really nice with a great view, but since it is in old town, place gets quite busy during the day. Tidiness is low and host is terrible. So much things were damaged and outworn...

“Fabulous holiday in Alicante!”

The property is located in the old town with fabulous views down to the sea. We loved sitting on the terrace at night enjoying the great views. Our holiday was definitely enhanced by our wonderful host Lollo! She met us on arrival, responded to all our requests and was a fantastic guide recommending excellent restaurants and beaches to visit. Alicante is a gourmet city and following Lollo’s advice, we had some really good meals out. There is also a huge mercado near the house with fresh produce so you can cook at home. There is a tram stop near the house so you can easily access all the white sandy beaches along the coast. The house itself is nicer in reality than in the pictures. It’s very nicely decorated, well equipped and has air con as a refuge from the heat when you need it! The beds are comfortable and the villa has a smart tv if you want to watch movies etc. We had a fabulous holiday in Alicante and big thanks to Lollo for being such a wonderful host!

I stayed at Villa Ana Maria with a bunch of my best friends in August 2024. Lollo treated us like family, starting already before our arrival till we left 5 days after. Her availability made our trip unforgettable. The place is stunning, especially the view from the terrace overlooking Alicante. Everything is very clean and cozy. We can highly recommend this place!

We had the most wonderful 4 day stay at Lollo and Hugo's place. The apartment is beautiful and the location is incredible. Hugo met us with the keys at the apartment and showed us around and we settled in easily. Super close to supermarkets, shops and some gorgeous restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the beach.
