We truly appreciate how perfectly clean and beautifully prepared everything was for our arrival. The host was also very helpful, the communication was seamless, he shared some extra local tips, which we gladly used during our stay. We had a fantastic time and hope to visit again!

It’s in the perfect spot right next to the bars restaurant shops it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This was our 9th visit to Alicante we find it has everything we need . We just get the C6 bus from the airport to the port and it’s only a 3 minute walk up to all the hotels and apartments. We have stayed in the Main Hotels for 6 years but the lasting 3 we find the apartments that are available are just perfect and £1000 give or take we save goes on restaurants bars and shopping. One of the best things for us is it’s a short flight of around 2hrs 40 minutes because we don’t do long flights now.

“Beryy good choice for the spending weekend in Alicante”

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and modern with super location in the city center, close from the beach, all Alicante attractions and many restaurants around. Super host who can help you with everything. You can just write him on Whatsapp. In the beginning we received detailed instructions regarding the apartment and also many tips where to eat, what to visit etc.

Wonderful! Unusual modern loft apartment with everything you need and more, lots of personal touches. It is my first time staying in loft and I loved it. Perfect location, easy access to all best parts of the city. Special thanks to Yuri. I travel a lot, but I can say he is the best host I ever met. He truly cares, he went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and making our stay just perfect.

The host was very accomodating with flexible check in and check out. The facilities were great. It’s very modern and I really appreciated having a washer dryer combo in the apartment. The location was very central. The cleanliness is very good. The cleaner came as I was packing to leave and I saw her also wash the dishes I didn’t even use that were in the cupboards. That’s when you know the host values the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodation. I highly recommend this place to stay. I would definitely book again if / when I return to Alicante.

“Exceptional and unusual”

I loved how the interior was designed, quirky, unusual, industrial style and very well utilized on three levels. I was there by myself for 3 nights, but it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults on separate levels. Great bed, firm mattress if you have back issues like me. It can be bright inside if you want it, and dark if you need it. Place is fully equipped, including full-featured Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Excellent location, few minutes to everywhere in the old town center, and very close to airport bus. Very good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

“Fantastic apartment for a city stay”

The location of the property is fantastic - close to lots of pretty squares, amazing restaurants and the beach, but on a quiet street with very little traffic. The facilities are modern and every small detail has been thought about. Despite having no outdoor space, we were able to dry our clothes quickly in the dryer or on the towel radiator. Beds were super comfortable and my adult-sized children said it was the best sofa bed they had ever slept on.

The apartment is nicely furnished with an excellent location, communication with the host is sometimes good, but that's where the positive things end

Very nice apartment in the heart of the old town! Yurii is very friendly and really goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Very nice industrial look and feel, comfortable bed and handy armbands for opening the door.

The loft is very well-designed, comfortable, and ergonomic. It was also exceptionally clean. Yurii (the host) is a pro - everything is the loft is thought through so well, and there are nice little touches. For example, in addition to keys, there are chip bracelets that you can swim with so you don't have to carry the keys to the beach. The stairs between the levels can be lit up in the night. There is a tap with filtered potable water. In the bathroom, there is underfloor heating, which allows the shower floor to dry much faster.
