One room apartment with bathroom, very clean and net, flooded with light all day and all the necessary crockery and devices for a very comfortable stay in central Alicante

This is a good aparment in the centre of Alicante, plenty of light and in a quite area while being near the main places, 10 min by walk, the building is new and modern, the bed is very comfortable

Good accommodation if you come here on business. Shops, transport are all nearby.

Host was extremely unpleasant, and despite me informing him that my flight had been delayed, he kept me waiting for two hours before coming to open the apartment. He left us waiting until 2 AM in a foreign country. He was impolite, and clearly unwilling to assist us during our stay. Also he blacmailed me to give him reservation number and pin, in order to let me in apartment. And he tried to post a fake positive review under my name, which I am now replacing with my own. So pay attention about reviews for this apartment because they might be fake. The hygiene in the apartment was unacceptable. Everything smelled of dust and mold, and it was clear that the space had not been properly cleaned in a long time. We were shocked by the condition in which the host left the apartment after the previous guests. On several occasions, we even saw cockroaches, which is entirely unacceptable for any rental accommodation. The room was also poorly stocked — aside from a half-used toilet paper roll left by a previous guest, there were no basic items such as hand soap. Although air conditioning is listed as included in the price on your platform, this is only partially true. The host monitors electricity consumption and uses a device installed outside the apartment to automatically block the AC when a certain power threshold is reached. The images displayed on Booking do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. They appear to be outdated by at least five years and have clearly been edited to present a cleaner, newer look that does not match reality. When we arrived and compared the apartment to the photos on the Booking.com app, it was almost unrecognizable the furniture worn out, the shower cabin in poor condition, and the kitchen was in a completely unacceptable and neglected state. He didn’t return my deposit; on arrival he demanded €200. I caused no damage to his apartment, yet he refuses to refund it.

We loved the place, very well located and close to all main places. The apartment is super comfortable and bright, bed is very good and gives a good sleep, Shower is double so plenty of room for two persons, nice to use, with a large mirror. AC works very well and is very convenient in summer. Staff is very nice and helpful, we liked a lot the way they prepare and receive

Perfect place for a nice holidays, very close to the commercial centre and at 10 min walk from the beach. Very nice staff and apartment very clean and well equiped, with AC and crockery and linen. We will come back for sure.
