Our room was very clean comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful. Whilst there we experienced a power cut which affected the power supply in our room. My husband is dependent on a Bipap machine. The manager of the hotel, Noelia, went over and above to locate us an alternative room which was unaffected by the power cut. We are extremely grateful to Noelia for her professionalism in finding a solution to our situation.

“Nice place to stay, two pools, good for holiday.”
Very quiet in the bedrooms usually. It was dark too. Nice bathroom. The pools were really nice, and they served good good in the restaurant/bar.

The hotel is bright, clean and have amazing pools. The staff if friendly & welcoming . The bus stop outside the hotel makes for convenient connections to get around. The walk to the beach is short and easy and filled with cafés, local shops along the route to the lovely promenade. The hotel has a cafe/bar that's open until late. The service and staff at the buffet were very kind and attentive. In all, a good stay and a memorable experience.

Lovely hotel and staff who were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic! Plenty of space by the pools each day. Location was ideal with 6min walk down to the seafront and less than 30 mins on the bus to Alicante town.

“The location and facilities are excellent and the staff helpful.”
The property is modern and well designed. Located in an upmarket area it is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Accessible street parking is a bonus.

Easy free parking outside the hotel, pleasant neighborhood, close to a nice beach. The cleaning team was efficient and friendly. Problems (like a clogged shower) were solved quickly. Rooftop bar was a nice in the evening with good cocktails.
