Location location .. in such a historic part of Alicante - exceptionally quaint area as is the Pension & close to absolutely everything .. our small balcony made us feel like locals, we loved it

We didn't have breakfast because there wasn't a gluten-free breakfast option. The accommodation is close to the city center. The room had air conditioning.

Caroline is an exceptional host. All is very well organised in advance, reliable, very friendly and accommodating. I had two small emergencies, and she was contactable and so helpful. The pension is located very conveniently. The bus from the airport stops just a few minutes easy-walking away. Restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacies, and all sightseeing places just on your doorstep. My single room was basic, but had everything that was needed. And the bed was very comfortable!

“Good room for a few nights in Alicante”
The receptionist was nice and helpful, the room was equipped with a lot of helpful items like glasses, tea and a map. The localisation of the hotel is basically in the middle of the old town, close to the fort. It makes it ideal for going around Alicante and visiting the most popular spots.

“The best guesthouse in Alicante”
1.Great communication with the guesthouse before arrival. 2. The receptionist is great, she welcomed me, informed me about all the important things about the guesthouse, showed me around, gave me tips for sightseeing, and a map of the city. She was very helpful in every matter and speaks very good English. 3. The guesthouse is very well maintained, clean, with many amenities and little touches that make your stay more comfortable. 4. Great location in the center of the old town, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, maybe a 5-minute walk to the promenade and 10 minutes to the beach, which is beautiful and wide.
