“Excellent apartment”

The apartment is extraordinary, very clean, spacious and beautiful. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and the AC works perfectly as well. The view is spectacular and you can always use the blinds if it's too much sunlight for you. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Kind and flexible host. Well equipped, tidy, comfortable apartment. The location is great, playa de postiguet is 3 minutes walk. Supermarket, restaurants and the old-town are close too.

The apartment was amazing clean comfortable. Had everything you needed.Location was unbelievable across the road from the beach. Our host Desislava was really nice and very accomadating our flight was delayed by 4 hours so we didn't arrive until 2am and she had no problem meeting us and welcoming us and explaining everything which was great.

I really enjoyed staying in this place because it is very close to the city center, the beach, and public transportation stops. I also appreciated the communication with the apartment owner. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the city and the apartment.

Fantastic, well-equipped apartment, very high standard, clean, with nice bedroom and spacious, bright bathroom. Seaside view, with windows to the east so you enjoy the morning sunlight (of you can use the blinds, if you do not want to :-)). Very good location (not in the strict city center but with walking-distance to it, very close to the beach, close to Santa Barbara Castillo entrance). The apartment building is very nice, located next to the wide avenue (so perfect connection by car/bus/tram) but the apartment itself is noiseless. We had a perfect communication with the property owner, we received a lot of useful information. Muchas gracias por todo!!! We had a great time there and can really recommend it!

“Comfortable and clean”

Very clean, good location, nice view. The bed was comfortable, modern facilities, air conditioning and enough space for two people. The lady in charge was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent service.

“Close to everything”

The apartment was beyond what was described and indeed expected. Super facilities with everything in the apartment including super fast WiFi and an extra bonus of Netflix. Location is good with a short walk to city centre, nearby tram, beach and shopping centre. Overall the complex is clean and secure with always working lifts. The host, Desi, was extremely patient ensuring that we were settled in despite our late arrival and allowing us to have a very late check out. Again ensuring that we had the perfect end to our holiday. Highly recommend this apartment, with huge thanks to Desi & Nadia.
