“Top Notch”
Amazing apartment with comfort, views and great facilities. Iván is an excellent host with top rate communication. The area is nice with a golf course nearby. Could not fault this apartment and experience, we were very happy!

“Wonderful week in Alicante”
We had a wonderful week in Iván's apartment. A family of four, with tall kids, an 11 year old and a 16 year old. Everyone slept great and how nice it was to have two bathrooms! The apartment had everything that we needed and we used the gym, the swimming pool, garden and the basketball court so much. The terrace is huge and we loved hanging out there, playing cards, eating and relaxing. The location is great with the tram only a few hundred meters a way. You can buy the tickets on board the tram and it takes you wherever you want! Iván is a great host. He is always so happy to help, to share information and good advise for you. He is inspired to make your stay the best as possible. Will hopefully come back again and would highly recommend!

Very nice place! Beuatifull view from excpellent terrace. We really enjoyed our staying there. The owner - just the best. We did not found hairdrayer - so he just ordered it specially for us! Highly recomended. Nice and silent place. Very close to the beach and public transport. Superior and luxery!

“Holidays to remember in the great terrace!!”
The staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. The beds were great. The terrace is the best part of the apartment! Outdoor facilities I.e. swimming pool is also a plus. The air condition is a life saver :)
