Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! Everything exceeded our expectations and left us with only positive emotions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Malika from the reception team. She truly made our vacation unforgettable! Before our trip, I contacted her through Booking and asked if the hotel could help prepare a small birthday surprise for my husband. Malika organized everything perfectly - balloons and a lovely surprise were waiting for him, and it created such a special and memorable moment for us. Built to a high spec but within a beautiful old building. Room spacious, bed superb, bathroom excellent. Roof bar should get a mention too. Best hotel we’ve stayed in for a long while.

Very good breakfast. Room was modern and stylish with a huge comfy bed. Location good with own rooftop bar and room was quiet enought from noise. Only thing i missed in a room was a full body mirror. Hotel was as good as it seams to be in website!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its excellent location, making it easy to explore Alicante on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options.

Not my first stay in this hotel. I was quite often to Alicante and tried a number of local hotels, but Eurostars Pórtico Alicante in the only hotel which I've chosen several times for staying. Location is great just in the heart of the city, close to the promenade and beach, as well as to restaurants and shops. Everything is very clean, rooms are comfortable and quite, beds are comfy, nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. My special thanks to Ruslana, who works on the reception!

The location of the property and the spaciousness of the room, which had an excellent outlook over the square. The soundproofing was perfect so we had undisturbed nights throughout. The roof bar was lovely.

This is a City Hotel in the older part of Alicante, just next to the Town Hall. Fabulous location. Surrouded by restaurants and cafe's. Our room - well it was something to behold. The view from the Roof Top bar is spectacular. The staff in that Bar were very kind and friendly. It is only a very short walk to the Beach. Very Chic decour, and a fabulous lift.
