The apartment matches the photos; very clean and functional; it's in a quiet area with two bars on the street (a 2-minute walk). Excellent location: just a 3-minute walk away is the Alcampo supermarket, where you can buy everything you need (see photos). Inside this huge building is the Plaza Mar 2 shopping center with restaurants and cafes on the third floor. Trams and buses stop a 3-minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you'll be in the city center (a favorite spot for tourists). And, of course, another popular spot is the BEACH, a 15-minute walk away. A LIDL store is also a 7-minute walk in the other direction, where you can buy all the necessary groceries. The apartment is quite spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen separate from the living/dining room. There's also a washing machine, which was a real help. We are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend the apartment for anyone who looking for a great place to stay and not to spend a lot of money.

Appartement was quite big, has a good equipped kitchen, separated from the living/dining room. Location was close to nice hilly park with great views on the sea and the city, beach also on walking distance. Huge supermarket and shopping center around the corner. Hosts (both Helena and Norbert) are very kind and flexible. I loved to spend a week in this location and can recommend it.

“Amazing apartment to stay around”

Norbert meet us at almost 04:00 to hand over the keys as our flight was delayed. He kept checking on us and made us feel welcome since the first second. He carried our bags for us and was extremely helpful. The apartment is just as you can see it on the pictures, you are just 2min walk from the Alcampo mall and you can take the TRAM just from 3min of the apartment. There are 2 A/C units and they really make the apartment nice and cold on no time. There is a washing machine available and that helped a lot when travelling with kids. Elena, the lady that picked up the keys on departure was also extremely helpful. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay and not spending ridiculous amounts of money.

On the plus side, the apartment is in a good location. But the center is far away, and you need to walk to the sea. There is a shopping center nearby. As it turned out, the bed is not changed in two weeks, and toilet paper, soap and everything else, you need to buy. And also count the towels so that you are not suspected that you took them, and pay, since the deposit is 200 euros. For this level of apartment, the price is quite high, you need to buy another bed and pillows, as these are made of plastic.
