I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The facilities were very good, everything was clean and nicely maintained, and the location is excellent — very central and convenient for getting around. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, there were some issues during windy weather. The windows and the balcony door were not fully sealed, which caused a loud whistling sound throughout the night. Additionally, there was a constant noise coming from the balcony above or from outside, also triggered by the wind, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s a nice apartment with great comfort, a central location, and a helpful host, but the noise issues on windy nights were quite disruptive.

Nothing as they tried to force me to cancel the booking. The only good thing was that Booking helped me to find another place.

“Lovely little find”
Lovely apartment. Excellent location, very clean and tidy and qe were greeted on arrival by a very friendly lady. The balcony is a sun trap in the evening.

Location. By foot you can reach old town, beach and beach promenade. Nice panoramic view of Alicante and surrounding hills. Relaxing place to take a coffee before going out for dinner.

Nice city view from 14th floor, nice balcony. Modern and newly renovated apartment. Great AC. Good location in central Alicante, close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Maybe 10-15 min walk to the beach.
