It's a great location with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby within a short walk. There is a lovely quiet beach 7 minutes walk away and a truly superb beach 30 minutes walk away or a short trip on the tram. There is a tram stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. As another reviewed says, the balcony can be quite noisy but I did not find this to be a problem. Inside the apartment it is very quite. One of the bedrooms has a desk which was perfect for me as, unfortunately, I had some remote working to do while in Spain.

Lovely apartment, very large and comfortable. Beautiful huge balcony! Pool area is also lovely and very quiet.

The flat is really spacious, and the kitchen is very fell equipped. the dishwasher is modern and well maintained, all the cooking pots, pans, blenders and dishes are there. the terrace is huge too and has comfortable seating. it’s a short walk from Almadraba beach which has a lovely bar for evening drinks. all kinds of shops and restaurants within a short walk.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped with everything you would need, local facilities on hand, two supermarkets within minutes walking distance and restaurants and bars aplenty.The pool is excellent and very large and clean, we had it to ourselves on numerous occasions. Take a short walk to the local beach or a short tram ride to playa san juan ( buy ticket on the tram, press the single tam button then number of travellers then pay). Soledad is an excellent host and will answer any questions you have.

Location and facilities were excellent. The outside terrace and space within the apartment was great. Very quiet. The communal pool was lovely and clean and quiet.

Excellent apartment , massive plenty room. Excellent location few steps to bus stop few steps to Tram.lovely pool . Plenty shops , cafes, and restaurants close by plenty of beaches to choose from beautiful 😍
