“Great spot, but mind the extra AC fee and noise”
Great location, but keep the lively atmosphere in mind. The apartment is right in the heart of everything, incredibly close to the port, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The closest parking is always busy, but it's not far from the apartment.

“Weekend getaway”
The apartment was spacious, has basic amenities. The location is central, thus easy to stroll around. Easy check in and check out. We we're given consideration for checking in early. Thank you.

“Clean, modern and noisy”
Apartament is very clean, modern and the kitchen is equipped with necessary stuff. The mattress was very comfortable, the bed linen from cotton (only on the bed). Hostess was waiting us till 21:50 and showed parking place (it's a few min walking). In the fridge was a big bottle of water. Also, where 3 capsules of coffee. It was pleasant. To the main big street is a few minutes of walk, to the beach 5 min. Markets are located in 7-10 min of walking. Restaurants are close to the apartment. The building has elevator and entrance is locked.

“Comfortable stay in Alucan”
Nice studio apartment in the city center, very close to the main street and the beach of Alicante. The kitchen was very helpful to prepare something to eat whenever we decided to stay in. Everything was working perfectly and the staff was always available for any questions or help. Thank you Luisa!!

Location was great for what I wanted. Very close to restaurants etc Some nice additions to the room for a holiday. Beach chair etc.

“nice apartment complex in the center near beach”
Everything was lovely and Angélica was super nice and Always available. Having a washing machine and kitchen in the house really Is a Life saver. Amazing shower as well, perfect After a day at the beach.

“Don't stay here”
Nothing bed horrible everting was not good l paid for 3 days 530 Euro but stay only 2 . Next door Party all night you have to pay 6 Euro aircon just one wort horrible

“Disappointed.”
The apartment was modern and clean. The location was good. The bed was comfy, but the pillow was completely empty. The shutters keep it nice and dark.
