“Great location and nice architecture, but the apartment needs maintenance”

Great location (so close to the beach, apartment in the old town), nice architecture apartment. The castle is visible through the window. I would rent again if the maintenance was better.

Well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you need if you want to self cater. We were two friends travelling together, it was a perfect size for us, it would be ok for 4 people. It was in the most perfect location for the old town, sea front and a massive selection of lovely restaurants. Tourist information is near the beach, we got a map and went all over sight seeing.

The location and appartment was just so perfect and cozy. The interior was minimal and very beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach and other attractions of alicante. You could find all the appliances the kitchen. We felt our home. Gloria is very sweet and welcoming! Definitely recommendable.

How quick the owner was in answering my questions. The lady who handed over the apartment keys could not have been more helpful. The style of the apartment; full of character, solid stone walls and exposed top floor beams - effectively sound proofed with my kind of style. Apartment was immaculate. Great Wi-Fi. Plenty of natural light should you choose and a shower that works on every level. Location has everything on its doorstep yet at night nice and quiet. It is a 2 bedroom apartment/loft that is designed in a way that one can stay up late with music whilst another can sleep without hearing anything. Just rent it!
