“PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE”
IT WAS PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. I WAS BOOKED YET THE HOST DIDNOT PICK UP THE PHONE FOR 2 DAYS. AS WE HAVE ALREADY PLANNED, WE HAVE REACHED ALIBUG. THE LOCATION SHOWN ON BOOKING.COM WAS WRONG. WE TRIED 10-12 TIMES MORE TO CONNECT THE HOST, LUCKILY THE HOST PICKED UP ONCE. HE TOLD US THAT HE HAS NOT CONFORMED ANY BOOKING. AFTER REQUEST AND TALKING ABOUT MY KIDS HE HAS TOLD ME THAT HE HAS ANOTHER PROPERTY. WE DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE BUT TO GO THERE. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT READY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. THE SIZE OF THE PROPERTY WAS GOOD. THE AMBIENCE WAS OK. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS PATHETIC AS IT WAS NOT CLEAN, THE MAJOR ISSUE WAS WATER. WATER IS NOT COMING ON 1ST FLOOR. THE CARETAKER SAYS ITS DUE TO THE PRESSURE PUMP WHICH WAS NOT INSTALLED. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT READY .. ICING ON THE CAKE WE DISCOVERED SMALL SNAKE IN THE BATHROOM.....REALLY PATHETIC AND HORRIABLE EXPERIENCE. JUST TO ADD, THEY TAKE 10K (refundable)AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION OTHER THAN THE PAYMENT OF 15K FOR ONE DAY.

Wonderful property, great location and well maintained pool. Amazing exterior with a picturesque vibe. The beach is also within walking distance. Had an amazing stay!!!
