“Pathetic service. Unprofessional behaviour by the host”
The night before our checkin at 12a.m we were messaged by the host that there is a short circuit at the property and they cannot host us. There was no email from booking.com or eco stay of such cancellation. The host has wrongfully communicated to booking.com that there was not such disruption. The host has not answered by calls even before and after. He has not refunded our money.

“Overall it was good to stay at Ecostay Pinewood villa”
Out of everything I liked the spacious rooms with cleanliness, indoor games and the pool with poolside barbecue which we had. Also the amenities like air conditioning, inverter was working great.
