“Immerse yourself in it and experience it.”
Here, you can have an intimate contact with nature, which can make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. On cloudless nights, you can even capture the Milky Way with your mobile phone. From the room, you can overlook the distant lake. This trip is definitely worthwhile.

“A place to relax or close to activities to fill your day.”
The remoteness and quirkiness of the building. Had areas of sun and shade plus a pool! Fantastic hospitality from Jesse and Don. Beautiful breakfasts and lots to do within a 45 minute drive. And Jesse went out of her way to make us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early to do a local tour.

“Just wonderful in every respect. Perfect hosts. Perfect location. Perfect B&B .”
The hosts Don and Jessie were two of the warmest kindest people I’ve ever met on my travels around the world. The property was sited in the most beautiful private wooded location and Jessie’s cooking was amazing. Thankyou both. I was a little sad to have left yesterday. Don and Jessie were just lovely.

“Absolutely fantastic”
What a hidden gem! Such a beautiful property so secluded with gorgeous scenic views, interesting decor, and one of the most amazing three course breakfasts I've ever experienced. A true "bed and breakfast" is a lost art and these two have kept that alive and well in this wonderful property! If you are looking for some rest and relaxation and to just unwind then this is the place. I am hopeful that I will be back again!

“Fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Algonquin Bational Park”
Everything was perfect . The location was stunning and the hosts were so friendly and helpful . It unfortunately rained for most of our stay but that didn’t spoil the whole Algonquin experience . Last but by no means least the breakfast was superb . I will definitely recommend Stouffermill

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Stouffermill Bed and Breakfast! It's run by a lovely couple who also make the most delicious breakfasts. The room was charming and the B&B itself is quite spacious. There's a large common area and they even have a hot tub! They have a lakeside view, it was so nice to wake up to the birds chirping and the sun rising over the lake. The location is amazing (about a 30-45 min drive to Algonquin Park) and very peaceful. It's also beautiful in the autumn. It's the perfect weekend getaway and we'll definitely come back!

“Fantastic service, location, a great place to appreciate the Algonquin Highlands”
Jessie looked after us and showed us where we could make stops on the way to what we wanted, and what kinds of food we could get, too. We felt more than welcomed

Jess and Don amazing hosts. Breakfasts were excellent and great care in the table settings. Breakfasts served on yhe wrap around porch over looking Halls lake. The decor was very unique with vintage and antiques which added to the charm of the home. Three great trails on this almost 200 acres property. Rhe trailrd were well kept and had great variety of veggetaton. All three trails named after their previous beloved dogs. The trails would be considered for medium level hiker with some hilly terrain. We chose on trails to go to "Beaver Pond", where there were 4 nests if Blue Cranes. The pool had a wrap around deck and different coloured Muskoka chairs. Pool clean and well kept. The hosts thought of everything you can need in a B&B situation. Very well thought out business.

Jessie, Don and Sasha are wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, we looked forward every morning to what Jessie would have ready for us! We drank gallons of coffee and juice it was so delicious and the cookies and pastries provided were just mouth watering. Our room had a wonderful little balcony that we could sit on with a book and coffee and just gaze off into the woods or the lake. The bed was comfortable and the room size was perfect. The B&B has so many unique areas, it was delightful to discover new things everyday. The stained glass pieces throughout, the various hand crafted furniture and other decor make the B&B extremely warm and inviting. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay by an extra day! We have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, and I can honestly say, this is the best we have stayed in by far. Words do not adequately describe the B&B, it must be experienced to truly understand how exceptional it is.
