“Calm place to take a rest”

Beautiful property and appartment, very calm place. The beach is 15 minutes by walk, there is a bar on the beach where you can have your coffee and lunch. In the appartment, there was everything we needed.

“Great stay in an absolutely beautiful surrounding”

The apartment was new, modern, very clean, well equiped, with a beautiful view in a beautiful surrounding with a charming cat. We did not miss anything. It's close to Alghero, which is great for eating out. Paola was a great and easy host. Would come again if (or when) we return to Sardegna.

“Home comforts, glorious location”

We have stayed at Cala Azul three times now and Paola is a wonderful hostess. We like the independence and peacefulness, combined with glorious views. Fertilia is only 3km away for the little supermarket, bakery and a good restaurant, or you can shop in Alghero and cook at home. This is also an excellent base for trips out.

Extremely clean and spacious apartment with a stunning view of olive trees and the sea. Paola and her father were so nice and welcoming! Their warm attitude to the guests already makes a very good first impression. We really enjoyed our time here and, when we come to Alghero once again, will stay here once more for sure. We were welcomed by a wonderful environment at the accommodation. I really liked the view and the house too. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

The peace. We've stayed at Paola's before and loved it there. There's just about all the equipment you need for self-sufficiency, with restaurants and food shops not too far away. The open-air market in Alghero is worth a visit for fresh food. The shower is good, always important. No need to wash-up as there a dishwasher. Paola is always prompt to respond and is lovely to dealt with. Just down the road, there's a delightful little bay for swimming or relaxing. There's a bar too, which the people next to us said served good food. Friendly..

“Exceeded our expectations”

Can't recommend this place enough! Situated in the middle of an olive grove with breathtaking views and nothing but nature surrounding, you can't help but feel relaxed. The appartment is very tidy and spacious (more of a semi-detached house really), fully equipped and modernly furnished (rain shower, dishwasher etc.). It has parking on the site and is in walking distance to the beach, so very convenient. Very helpful and welcoming hosts, who showed us so much kindness. We broke something by accident, and Paola and her family were so nice about it and fixed it immediately. Perfect place for a longer stay. Great value for money! Would recommend to rent a car to get around and explore the island. Will definitely come back!

The hostess is very friendly. You can feel the welcoming family vibe. Rooms are very spacious. It’s nice to have a dishwasher, a lot of kitchen ware and a spacious terrace. There is also a friendly cat Luna to greet you. House is near the city Alghero and near stunning Capo Caccia.

Hospitable and helpful host, residence is located at private and quiet area with beautiful views and close to several beaches while a short drive to town, the apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. My little son and I enjoyed the stay a lot!

“Gorgeous fully renovated and generous "agriturismo" stay. A rare gem!”

Best stay in a very long time! Paula was a perfect host, she gifted us 2kg of vegetables and a handful of basil straight from the garden as we arrived tired and starved. The location is beautiful: in the midst of the family's acres of olive tree plantations and vineyards (yes, they produce both + all the vegetables!) and just a 15 min walk away from the most beautiful beaches in the region (Spiaggia Le Bombarde, Spiaggia del Lazzaretto). The airport is not far either, which determined our stay there. You can very easily reach Alghero's center by bus, Neptune's cave as well (you can't miss this!), or a series of gorgeous beaches (Mugoni, etc.). We absolutely loved the big apartment, there can fit up to 4 people (1 room + 1 super comfy sofa bed in the living room), its two terraces (one towards the olive trees, the other one with sea view !!), the fully equipped and modern kitchen... All in all, we will definitely come back in the region to have an excuse to stay there again.

A slice of paradise. The apartment is much bigger than on the pictures and the view from the terrace is amazing. Everything is clean, well-thought and spacious. Paola is a wonderful host who's running this place with love and hospitality. Her vegetable garden is another highlight of this place - 10/10, beyond perfect. Mille Grazie Paola!!

“A quiet paradise”

A perfect calm place to stay, with incredible host Paola. It is far away enough to let your mind relax, but close enough to bike or walk to one of the most beautiful beaches around. The accommodation was modern and clean. One hundred percent recommended and would love to come back!

“Peace and quiet but near to restaurants”

Such peace! Paola and her family were all lovely and so helpful with any query. We had a one bedroom apartment, kitted out with just about all the equipment you could need. We chose to be self-catered but there was coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper provided. The equipment was plentiful and good. Paola changed our towels for fresh ones halfway through the week. She also gave us some of their home-produced oil; it was delicious and I so wished I could have taken the rest with us.
