My experience was disappointing: my room was not ready upon arrival, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the reception never answered when I called from my room. Additionally, I received no smile or friendly service from the female reception staff in the morning, which is why I declined to book an extra night.

The reception staff are exceptionally welcoming and warm, reflecting the Algerian culture. Karim and Mahdi were very responsive to our needs and requests. They were very helpful with assisting with our logistics and information about the sights. The location of the hotel accommodation is ideal with lots of places to eat nearby.
