Overview
In the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, Santo's Higham Farm Hotel has stunning views over the Amber Valley. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout, rooms with satellite TVs and an award-winning restaurant. Santo’s is a restored 15th-century farmhouse with rooms featuring original oak beams. Bedrooms are individually designed and have en suite bathrooms with either bath or showers and hairdryers. Some have courtyard or garden views, four-posters and the latest editions have a glass roof. The restaurant offers exquisite a la carte menu. Bar meals are also available lunchtime and evenings. Santo's Higham Farm is 4 miles from junction 28 of the M1 Motorway. Free parking is available at Santo’s Hotel.

Lovely breakfast, fantastic location, very friendly staff, lovely bar and restaurant, my room had an amazing view of the hillside at the rear of the property, comfy bed.

The public areas, reception, and bars were all very nice and it’s clear that parts of the hotel are being refreshed and updated. The staff were welcoming, professional, and dealt issues immediately, which really made a positive impression throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful, and the waitresses were friendly and happy, creating a lovely atmosphere in the mornings.

Friendly staff, helpful, warm and comfortable room, exceptionally clean and good condition. Good breakfast. Nicely furnished hotel, I like the real well in reception, kept from the original farmhouse, the grand piano and grandfather clock. It had character. Good breakfast.
