“A such luxurious place.”

Amazing place, you have everything for a perfect stay in this luxury villa. Your host thought about literally everything for you. You can just relax and enjoy the pool, the terrace and the quiet area. The pool is a real pool, huge and with all you need, shower, pool games, jaccuzi ! The house is so clean, and comfortable, you enjoy the life of a millionaire here. The host is very keen and available if you need, but you have a full real privacy here. Neighbourhood is very quiet, close to the supermarket and city center. For cycling, it is a good place to start some rides to coll de rates or porte de tudon. Nice roads.

“Lovely Villa, Lovely host, Very Relaxing”

Irina was the perfect host, she was there to show us around when we arrived, she lives in the lower level of the property but you would never know she was there, she gave us her number if we needed anything, but was very unobtrusive and friendly on the few times we waved to her as she came and left (probably saw her 4 times in 10 days, perfect). The villa is lovely, pool great, easy to get to supermarket and town.

The facilities at the villa were exceptional and met all our expectations. The location was quiet and extremely convenient for walking and motoring access to all the local amenities. Excellent communication from owner in respect of key collection and arrival/departure time.

We loved everything about the villa. The hostess Irena, along with her daughter, met us on arrival at the villa and showed us around the house. They were both very friendly and gave us their phone number, incase we had any questions or problems. They showed us how to start the jacuzzi and where to go to switch on the outside lights. The pool was larger than we expected it to be too. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with access onto a terrace with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast in the morning sun. Beds were comfy, with the main bedroom there is access to a second terrace, which overlooks the pool. There is a large sitting/dining room, with a TV and DVD player. We managed to link the TV onto our Netflix account, so could watch films etc on that. There are two bathrooms, both are modern, with showers. Under the house, there is a laundry room, with a modern washing machine, which completed our washing quickly. Sun loungers were sited around the pool and a 2/3 person swing seat was ideal for soaking up the sun. There's even a table tennis table and bats, at the side of the villa. There's an automatic gate, at the front of the villa, so we could reverse our car into the drive and close the gate behind us, without needing to get in or out of the car. There's a small BBQ at the villa with a lovely seating area just beside it. As we had hired a car, we were able to explore the surrounding area. The local town is only about a 20 minute walk away, with Albir and Benidorm being around 20 minutes by car.
