“Calm and safe stay with excellent price”

People are friendly there, a safe place with cameras at the reception, a kitchen with everything you need, and a quiet room on a high floor (17) without any noise, great location only 5 minutes walking to hilton and corniche

I stayed in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean and well-organized, located in a quiet area and close to all the services we needed. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and classy stay. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Fast communication via Whatsapp, but later found out it was for a reason, to scam you even more (TAXI from the airport costs 300-400 EGP (I checked with ChatGPT Avg Price and sent it to the owne), but owner will try to scam you on 1000 EGP, claiming that ChatGPT is talking crazy and the inflation is super high that is why it is so different (BTW i paid 300 EGP at the end). Don't believe in any of his words.

“DO NOT COME HERE”

I booked for 2 days. When I booked, the host made me wait 1 hour to send me the address and would only respond to whatsapp and booking.com messages NEVER to calls which was annoying even though I tried calling him many times for the exact address. When I arrived at his place at 1:15 pm, he was very arrogant when demanding that I take my shoes off even though I told him I was dropping off my bags and going out. He wanted me to walk barefoot even though he wore slippers everywhere. He kept telling me "you have to book a day before not the same day you are coming". But his reservation accepted checkin after 12 pm. I felt I was being watched and followed around the apartment which made me feel uncomfortable. His sister was also sitting in the living room not saying anything but watching everything I was doing. I had insomnia as the bed was too short and not suitable for people taller than 5'6 with the mattress being hard and tilted to one side. Also I saw cockroaches in the hallway and theres no window net in my bedroom allowing entry of rats/cockroaches. The bedroom was also very hot even with the windows open, fan on and no A/C. Theres no privacy in that place as he was eavesdropping outside my bedroom listening to my private phone conversations. He knocked on my door saying I was talking too loud in my room even though that was how I normally talked. At that point I felt I was there to follow his endless demanding rules like I was in prison, had enough of his arrogant attitude and decided to leave next day. I told him that I will leave the next day but he refused telling me "you did not give me 48 hours notice" although theres no policy that says that! He declined many requests for my refund through booking.com. He kept messaging booking.com "I will only give her 13.09 USD refund nothing more". Booking.com gave me the refund for one day left which was more than that.

Excellent property and very convenient. I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.
