“Over all its a great experience during the stay good luck team”

During our stay, our experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from a hotel of this level. On the first day, the food served was rotten and not properly cooked. We immediately complained, and although apologies were given, no real action was taken to resolve the issue. On the second day, we spoke with other guests staying at the hotel and discovered that they had also experienced several complaints regarding the food and service. This raised further concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and overall standards. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. When we requested an extra blanket, it was stained and appeared unhygienic. While the management team did initially apologize and we appreciated their response, there was clear inconsistency in communication. One staff member came to us, apologized, and asked us to delay our checkout so that we would not be charged for lunch. However, our driver was waiting outside to take us back home, and we had to travel, but she delayed us, so our driver had to wait. Later, we were told that the refund or removal of charges was not actually possible, which shows a lack of coordination within the management team. We never requested a refund for the lunch; however, the situation was handled in a confusing and unprofessional manner, where promises were made and then withdrawn. Overall, this reflects poor communication between staff and management and a lack of consistency in service recovery. Unfortunately, this stay was far below expectations and not comparable to the standards of hotels such as Crowne Plaza, which I have experienced in other countries and found to be significantly better.

Daily weddings lasting till midnight, we couldn't sleep from the noise. Slamming doors were extremely disturbing, woke us up multiple times. Unclean prayer mat. Definitely not a 5 Star experience.

The rooms are very nice and modern, with a nice lighting concept. The location is good, and the free gym is decent. The staff was very friendly, and I especially want to thank Menna, Rewan, and Osama Mounier for their outstanding service and support. We got a free welcome drink at the reception, even though we arrived at 2:30 a.m. in the middle of the night. That was a really nice touch! The falafels at breakfast were freshly fried, outstanding!

The booking and check-in process were smooth, and the room matched the description. The view was even more enjoyable than expected. However, the cleanliness fell below standard. On the first day, the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine, with visible drips on the floor, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. I rinsed it myself using the bidet, assuming it would be thoroughly cleaned the next day. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The cleaner arrived without proper equipment and used unused towels to clean both the toilet bowl and the floor. I requested a proper cleaning using a translator and also contacted the front desk to emphasize the need for disinfectant. Despite this, the cleaner initially returned only with an air freshener. I then went to the lobby to lodge a complaint. Mahmoud at the front desk was polite, apologetic, and responsive. He spoke with the head of housekeeping while I waited. When I returned to the room, the same cleaner came back—this time with cleaning supplies but with a visibly poor attitude. Disappointingly, he still did not properly use the products and seemed to carry them only because he was instructed to do so. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5, primarily due to the cleanliness issues. The staff were generally good, the room was comfortable, and the restaurant experience was excellent—but the hygiene problems significantly affected the experience.
