“Good but could be better”
The sea view was great. We were there during high season, so it was quite busy. That said, the area is as quiet as it gets. New, spacious fridge. Nice convertible couch in the balcony. The balcony can be considered a room, so it is more like a 2 room place rather than a one room studio. It was good to find a place in Mamoura on booking for a good price. Big tv in the balcony. Nice mosquito screens. We were given extra bed sheets on the second day of our stay which was good. The host was nice. Nice dinning table. Cards to enter the nicer, more quiet beach.

The location is perfect as it is at seaside with a view at the Mediterrean Sea. Far away form centre but for me it was what I neede. The hosts is friendly and very helpful. You can easily get valuable information about anything in Alexandria but also in Egypt. I was nicely received and acommodated. I would recommend everybody to book the place seeking quite ambience and nice neighbourhood. The apartment is situated in protected comples with entrance gates so yoy feel safe. You are located few steps form Montazeh Palace which is a must visit in Alexandria. Much recommended place
