I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Helnan Palace Hotel for an unforgettable stay! From the moment we checked in, we felt a unique atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The spacious room exceeded all our expectations. I'd especially like to commend the friendly and attentive staff. Each employee was extremely polite and willing to help in any situation. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing me to stay in touch with family and friends. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend it to everyone we know. I liked everything they provide ... apart from a glitch with the main dish at dinner, which the hotel tried to compansate for, which is a great plus that shows that the hotel management listens to customers and tries to respond 👍 The building and interior style are amazing, unique and well kept ... the place is perfect for a a relaxing vacation

The quietness of the place The place is quite, fenced all around, so it's so secure, the hotel itself is gated, so it"s like a compound, stuff are so nice, smiling and co-operative. Agai i liked that its clean, quite, with all the facilities to make you comfortable & relaxed. Fresh juice tastes good.

“A pkace to come back to.”

The location in the palace gardens, meant we had none of the traffic noise that one generally finds in Alexandria. The room was large and very comfirtable with windows on 2 sides. The reception staff spoke English, The breakfast was varied and delicious and the factvthat we coukd also dine there after a days visiting was anotger plus.

The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Jina in the reception and Aya in the room service. Breakfast had variety and the staff was so helpful.

the facilities and staffs are good

The good: Started with an excellent experience at the reception, with very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is royal for sure, you can see and smell the history. The room was clean in general. Amazing location, surrounded by many things to do. The reception called a golf cart for us to take us to different areas like the king's train etc... , the breakfast buffet was second to none!!! extremely wide varitey, the staff agreed to extend our stay for a few hours. the bad: especially the washroom needs more maintenance and cleaning, the internet did not work at all, one of the people at the hotel gate ( in a grey suit)was kind of chasing me in and out, the princess room was kind of small but I did not mind for the price, finally I knew that the hotel did not have a private beach, but we're denied entry to every beach around. In all very good experience and I will be back.
