“Unacceptable and unprofessional”
The host agreed to a late check to accommodate my 75 year old dad’s flight schedule- yet on the date of check out the host sent a cleaning lady at 8am- confused, my dad gets a call to check out that the host misunderstood 6:45pm for 6:45am?? Why would a guest need permission to check out 5 hours early. Irresponsible and unreliable and unacceptable behavior.

“Very good one”
The host is very polite & cooperative person. The view is amazing. The host left tissues, soap, tea, sugar, ... This is very kind indeed. All the needed devices are available. The mattresses are not great but really accepted.

“I would definitely come back with my family!”
The location is excellent and the view is amazing. The owner is very responsive to messages and very accommodating and helpful. Even the security staff at the entrance are very nice and friendly. The only reason I didn’t give 10 stars is small finishes like maybe a shower door instead of a curtain, but I can’t fault the apartment otherwise
