“Loved and would recommend the hotel, the restaurant was disappointing”
The room was very clean and comfortable, the decor had a lot of character. I enjoyed the lobby and garden, did not get to enjoy all available amenities. The location is incredible!

“Location is great room .. clean..Don't eat restaurant”
We both had digestive issues after breakfast... Potatoes tasted like they were from the night before dinner. The hotel was booked through booking.com. The reservationist ended up charging it out again on my credit card when it was charged through Venmo ..There is still a $90.00 charge on my credit card that I'm not sure about. The manager tried to straighten out the transactions. Probably will try a different hotel next time. The room was smaller than the previous rooms we at stayed in with a more contemporary ambiance than previously Victorian.

I made the reservations through booking.com, but the hotel did not find them in their system. after an hour of waiting time decided to give us the 2 rooms and registered my credit card but they told me they will not charge for a room as it is a problem in their system. I've found out that they charged me for the rooms for both reservations and they charged me also at much higher price that I've paid on booking.com. After many complains and emails for one of the reservation booking.com refund me their charge but it is still less that the hotel charged me. for the second reservation still nothing happened. all these things means that they don't care about customers. even their book keeping is not answer to my email which was requested by them. they still have tor refund me more than US$ 800, but they don't care even after one month left.

The location is fantastic! My room was lovely. I enjoyed one breakfast and one dinner in the King and Rye and they were delicious.
