The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The air conditioning was excellent. The towels and bed sheets were clean and fresh. The breakfast was very good, and the Wi-Fi worked great. In short, everything was excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It was a really nice room, great selection at breakfast / eggs, toast, waffles , fruit …from 6 am There was always complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and tea at the reception area. I had to take the uber everywhere as the girl at reception told me I could not walk to old town or National harbour. I found out when I was collecting luggage that was not correct. There is a walking path. This wrong information cost me a fortune with Ubers back and forth .. so other guests are aware there is a safe path to walk …

“Our favorite place to stay when we come to Alexandria.”
Paola Ortiz checked us in after a long exhausting drive. She was exceptionally friendly and upgraded our room. More importantly, I shared something about our visit (we came to visit our adult son) and she later remembered. When we returned to the hotel, asked about the visit. She didn't have to say anything, but in that moment, she made us feel like we were valued customers. Kudos to Paola.

“Nice stay”
We had a family room for the five of us. There was enough place and the beds were comfortable. It was fun to get in the pool in the evening after the day exploring Washington DC. We walked to Alexandria, and were surprised with a beautiful city, with lots of great stores and restaurants

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The staff was horrendous, theft in paid parking lot tamper, and plumbing issues within property. The manager was the WORST
